I’m so grateful you were there to cover me in my time of need. But I’ve outgrown you, and found someone new. I’m legally not even allowed to be with you anymore. 5 calls, more than 3 hours on hold, and 7 months later, you still insist on being listed on my Kaiser record. No matter how much I tell them I’ve moved on to a new plan, they still think you’re the one for me. How can I quit you!?

Can I have your place? They’ve told me I’m in the system twice but no one can find me and I my phone keeps breaking after 30 mins of holding even when I wake up at 7 to call them :(
